- Owned Freight9 1.0 GA (SLOT futures trading) and the integrated roadmap for ALLEGRO, OPUS TOS, SmartLink, and OPUS Logistics.
- Standardized product management and quality processes; led Seoul and Shanghai technology roadshow talks and global consulting.
Manager, Fleet Planning / Strategy / Americas Region
- Handled HQ fleet planning, terminal operations, trade management, corporate strategy, and Americas Regional HQ operations.
- Ran terminal-productivity and vessel-cost benchmarking, plus strategy/turnaround projects with Bain and McKinsey.
- Executed network and fleet optimization initiatives, improving cost, schedule reliability, and regional consistency.
Container Vessel Navigation Officer (3rd → Chief Officer)
- Served from 3rd Officer to 1st Officer (Chief Officer) on 10 ocean-going container vessels up to 50,792 GT.
- Directly supervised container stow, lashing, and IMDG segregation on deck.
- Built the on-deck domain foundation that later powered onshore planning and digital transformation work.
